Return Policy

Stock products can be returned within 90 days of purchase date and are subject to a moisture test prior to acceptance

Special order products are not returnable.  Special order items are clearly marked in the item description of the product and the return policy is clearly stated at the bottom of the invoice. The products we carry are of very high quality and we only recommend a 5% allowance for waste/cuts on your order. If you figure over 5% allowance, you will have material left. Please make sure your measurements are correct and cut/ waste allowance is 5% or less.

Terms

Special order products

We require a 50% deposit on all special order items, at the time of order, and the remaining balance upon delivery or 30 days after Boardwalk receives the order from our vendor,  whichever comes first. We will hold any special order in our warehouse, paid in full,  for up to 90 days from the date of order. 

Stock Products

Stock products are available for immediate pickup or delivery and we require payment in full at the time of order. 

Rental Policy

Installation tool rentals are strictly reserved for Boardwalk Hardwood Floors customers only. We offer tool rentals at reasonable rates as a convenience to our hardwood purchasing customers. If you purchase flooring from another source, we will not rent you tools.  Rental charges are for time out, not time used. Any damage to equipment will be the sole responsibility of the renter. 

Sander rentals are available to all customers. A deposit of an open check or credit card is required for all sander rentals. We will send out a box of sandpaper with the sander that will cover approximately 800 sq. ft., customers will only be charged for the sandpaper used from this box. 

Trim Staining

Boardwalk Hardwood Floors will stain and finish trim purchased from our company related to the purchase of your flooring order from us. We provide this service at no charge as a courtesy to our hardwood purchasing customers. If you purchase flooring from another source, we will not stain and finish trim even if the trim is purchased from our company. 

Material Pickup / Will Call

We ask all customers to call ahead prior to picking up your order. This will give our warehouse personnel plenty of time to get your order pulled and minimize your wait.

Delivery

Boardwalk Hardwood Floors offers local delivery for purchases at a rate of $150.00. Local delivery includes bringing the material into your home. If your delivery is outside our local delivery area, we will deliver your material at a rate determined by the store manager.

Warranties & Installation

Boardwalk Hardwood Floors is a distributor for the manufacturers we sell and represent. All warranties, terms and conditions and installation instructions are provided by each manufacturer and we follow those warranties, terms and conditions and installation instructions.
